The Local Energy Advice Partnership (LEAP) service is now available across Torfaen through a partnership with Age Connects Torfaen.

An Energy Advisor will offer residents a home energy advice visit, providing energy advice, and free low cost energy saving measures (inc LED lights, radiator reflectors and chimney balloons).

This service is available to anyone with a household income below £31k or in receipt of a range of benefits. You can apply by contacting [email protected] or telephone 01495 769264 to book a home visit.
