Connect Torfaen was created in partnership with health board and local authority following a study which took place to review how we responded and communicated within the community during the pandemic.
The platform is funded and supported by: Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, Torfaen Borough Council and Torfaen Voluntary Alliance.
Connect Torfaen also supports the borough's Community and Wellbeing Strategy by fostering community connections and improving access to local services
