Cold Barn Farm will be offering a limited number of food parcels to support households over the six weeks holidays
The parcels will be available to households in the Trevethin, St Cadocs and Penygarn area due to the funds for this coming from The Food Resilience Programme funding by the UK Government's Shared Propensity Fund and Welsh Government through Food4Growth project
Proof of address with name on - dated within the last 3 months will be required upon collection
The parcel is limited to 1 per household throughout the WHOLE 6 weeks, please DO NOT book more than one as we will refund the extra bookings with no room for movement (this may result in you losing your booking fee) and will be available to collect from Cold Barn Farm Community Centre on Sunday the 21st of July between 10-12.
