We are a community centre based in Trevethin, providing different groups, events and hall hire.
Cold barn farm is a registered charity within a council owned community building Cold Barn Farn in Trevethin, Pontypool.
As a community based organisation we provide:
Party hire rental including bouncy castle.
Community fun days and events.
Accessible, affordable day trips.
Jesus Care food bags.
School holiday food hampers.
Craft and create club.
Babygroup.
The building facilitates many community based groups and works in partnerships with the following:
Torfaen Play- running weekly play service and holiday provision.
Torfaen youth- running weekly youth clubs, projects with those at risk of school exclusion or not attending, gyspy traveller inclusion group, social inclusion group to encourage school leavers to venture outside of the home and many trips for the youth in the community.
Building resiliant communities- womens wellbeing, mental health and fitness group, food poverty support, finianical support workshops, and energy crisis support,
Torfaen Sports Development- Over 60's exercise class run by Rachel from 'Shelite.'
Jesus Cares- Monthly food bags, clothes parcels and sanitary products.
Hey Girls- Female hygiene products free for the community.
