Join us every Monday from 10:00–11:30 am at the Pontypool Active Living Centre!
Come along for a friendly, relaxed session where you can meet new people, get involved, and enjoy a welcoming community atmosphere. Whether you’re joining on your own or with a friend, you’ll be greeted with smiles and plenty of encouragement.

Group size: Around 10–15 participants — just the right number for great conversations and a comfortable, supportive environment.
