Torfaen Talks CIC is a not-for-profit organization committed to improving the mental health and wellbeing of the people of Torfaen.
We offer "pay what you can" counselling support for individuals over 18, coordinated by qualified counselors and delivered by volunteers.
Additionally, weekly mental health and wellbeing pop-up sessions provide advice, guidance, and social prescribing.
Torfaen Talks CIC also hosts workshops on mental health topics such as anxiety, depression, and anger, and offers courses including subsidised Mental Health First Aid.
Through these initiatives, the organization fosters community engagement, promotes good mental health, and bridges the digital divide, empowering stakeholders to connect and drive positive change within the community.
