Careers advice and guidance

Delivered by Careers Wales and funded by the Welsh Government, Working Wales provides free and impartial careers advice and guidance to anyone aged 16 and above.

The support you can access includes:

  • CV and application support. 
  • Help to upskill and access training.
  • Advice on funding for training.
  • Finding job and apprenticeship opportunities.
  • Job interview preparation. 
  • Redundancy and unemployment support.
  • Advice and coaching through a career change.

We can support you in person, by phone or digitally. 

Phone lines and web chat is available Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm and Friday, 9am - 4.30pm. Telephone number is: 0800 028 4844.
