Pickleball

While it can be a fast game there are rules which slow it down a little. Our club has players from across the age range with a junior section aged 9-15, a member who will son be 90 and a particularly large number of players over the age of 60 though the average is starting to come down.

We mainly play indoors at Cwmbran Stadium while we have sub-groups playing in Pontypool and outdoors in Pontypool Park. Different groups and abilities play every mornings from 10-12am and we have an evening session on Fridays from 7-9pm.

If you are new to the sport we offer training so that you don't start 'cold' and, if you have played before, we give you a grading so that you know which sessions are best for you. Our training can be anything from 3 or 4 sessions upwards, most being around 8-10 and teach the shots, tactics and, most importantly, how to score.
