About

Inspiring young people and beginners to exercise at home

First and foremost we are a social enterprise encouraging teenagers and beginners to exercise at home through Free for all videos and health guidance.

Gymate was created by me, Sam, a Welsh teenager. After spending too much time on my phone, Playstation and tv and eating poorly, I decided I needed to improve my health. I started researching how to exercise at home and soon became addicted to improving my health and eating healthy.

I started sharing my new knowledge and encouraging others to do the same and one day I came up with the idea of Gymate to help others by supplying all the details they needed on one website.

My Dad immediately invested in me and together we want the whole of the UK to be aware and start using Gymate to improve their lives.

Visit www.gymate.uk to start your new health jouney with us.
