Health & Wellbeing Courses

We run a wide range of self management courses throughout the Aneurin Bevan area, both face-to-face and online via Zoom.  They are practical and interactive courses delivered by tutors who live with a long term condition themselves.  Anyone over the age of 17 years can refer themselves to these courses and they are free of charge.

 

Our courses mainly run over 6 weeks, one 2 hour session a week, but we also have single sessions that last about 2 hours
