Senior Programme Manager Integrated Wellbeing Networks and Foundation Tier
The Integrated Wellbeing Network Programme supports place-based collaboration in Torfaen's communities, particularly Blaenavon, Croesyceiliog & Llanyrafon. We support the development of community hubs, facilitate easy access to wellbeing information and support networking across the workforce. Community involvement is a key part of what we do, engaging people and groups in shaping the way wellbeing activities and services are provided in their community.
The programme also works across all other parts of Gwent.
The Foundation Tier for Mental Wellbeing includes development of the Melo website, the Connect 5 Training Programme and promotion of the Five Ways to Wellbeing
