TCBC’s Community Capacity Builders work closely with local communities across Torfaen, with the aim of developing and strengthening the community support offer to improve health and wellbeing. Their role is to empower residents, groups, and organisations by identifying local needs, building skills, and supporting the development of sustainable, community-led initiatives.
