I help people increase their wellbeing enabling them to live a fulfilled life. I offer a variety of services eg coaching, reiki and hypnotherapy to suit individual needs. My services are provided online and face-to-face.
After 40 years working as an HR professional I am keen to use my skills to give back to society through voluntary work.
