We are Basis - a public sector consultancy dedicated to helping public services tackle messy problems so that citizens can thrive.

Currently, we are supporting Torfaen County Borough Council carry out a review of the Connect platform to identify what is working well and what can be improved to make it more meaningful for the people of Torfaen.
