Teach Yoga Classes across Torfaen and also work as a 1:1 Yoga Therapist

I have been teaching Yoga in the Pontypool & Cwmbran area for over 10 years and am passionate about its benefits being accessible to all.

As well as teaching classes, I am also a Yoga Therapist and recently established Yoga for Health Community Interest Company with the aim of making yoga available to all, especially some of the most vulnerable in society.
