Victoria Village and District Welfare Hall, established in the late 1950s, is a cherished community hub.

We serve as a central location for numerous events, bringing the community together and celebrating local culture.

We're located on Cwmavon Road, Abersychan, Torfaen, and are the place "Where Community Gathers, Memories Are Made."
