We are an inclusive walking rugby team that are based in Pontypool.

A fun, inclusive walking rugby group for all ages, genders and abilities! Stay active, enjoy the game, and be part of a supportive community. We champion mental health and proudly support local charities. Play. Support. Grow.

We train every Thursday (7pm-8pm) at the Memorial Ground, Conway Road, NP4 6HL. We are always looking for new members to join our team.
