Community Group
Hope for the Community is a project based at Sharon Church, Osborne Road, Pontypool. We provide community-led solutions to local needs. We currently offer:
- Fareshare food is accessible to all.
- Community cafe and warm space with free food/drink.
- Community meals.
- School holiday breakfast club/meal packs for families.
- Access to the internet and computer tablets.
- Art groups and craft fairs.
- Tai Chi.
- Family film nights.
- Neighbourhood watch.
- parent and toddler group.
We work with other community groups to achieve our aims. We are based at Sharon Church, one of the very few community buildings in Pontypool Town Centre, which is now both a church and community hub.
