We are a community hub based in the high school but belonging and serving the wider community.

The Welcome Space is a community hub based at Cwmbran High School but for the use of the whole community. We have a variety of activities taking place and these are always expanding! 

On a Wednesday afternoon from 2.40 to 6pm there is a Warm Hub with a hot food service which includes activities to suit age 8 - 80! Everyone in the community is welcome and there is no association to the school required. We can provide advice and support as well as companionship and lots of laughs!

On Thursday morning we take a Wellbeing Walk through Cwmbran boating lake park. Meeting at 10am in the Oasis Car Park everyone of every ability is welcome to join us, we walk to the slowest person and have a chat on the way. When we return to the car park there is a selection of hot drinks or soup avaliable. 

We are also looking for volunteers to help with the maintenance of the area and with the sustainable food production.
