Developing the potential of those with disabilities to succeed

Evolve provides high quality person centred opportunities for people with learning disabilities.

As a not for profit company we are committed to using our assets and resources to create opportunities for the people we support.
 

We facilitate a range of activities to meet the varied requirements of our service users. We actively support people to develop their independence and access their chosen activities and above all enjoy a good quality of life.
 

Our service provision is based on person centred approaches and ordinary life principles, all our activities deliver valued outcomes, we passionately believe that our service users have the right to live lives that are meaningful to them enabling them to reach their full potential as individuals.
