I run a Yin Yoga class every Monday in Torfaen Business Centre. All abilities welcome, each pose is adapted to suit individuals range of movement. No experience neccessary.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that involves holding postures for extended periods, Its primary focus is on deep relaxation, flexibility, and joint health, making it an excellent complement to more dynamic, active forms of yoga or exercise.
Yin Yoga is a slow and gentle type of yoga where you hold poses for 2-3 minutes. It’s great for everyone because it helps stretch and strengthen the deeper parts of your body, like ligaments, joints, and fascia. These areas take longer to loosen up than muscles, so holding poses longer improves flexibility and increases blood flow. Practicing Yin Yoga regularly can also help prevent injuries.
