A free timed weekly parkrun every Saturday morning at 9am from Cwmbran Boating Lake
Cwmbran parkrun takes place every Saturday morning at 9am and encourages participants of all abilities to come along and run, jog or walk the 5k course. In order for this to go ahead we need to attract a team of volunteers each week to act as marshals, tailwalkers, timekeepers, funnel managers, barcode scanners, hand out finish tokens, guide visually impaired runners and walkers, course set up.
