Walking rugby team

We are a walking rugby team, and everyone is welcome. Training is held at Cwmbran Stadium on a Saturday morning from 10.00-11.00, whatever the weather!! No previous rugby knowledge or experience is necessary, training sessions are organised to support development of rugby skills, promote physical activity and develop teamwork- everyone can do it!
