Torfaen Libraries has a great deal to offer – whatever your interests!

As you’d expect, you’ll find a great selection of books. Whether you need to study, learn a new skill, revise for an exam or just want to curl up in bed with the latest bestseller, we’ve got what you're looking for! You’ll also find books in large print and talking books on CD.

Every library has computer facilities so you can surf the net, send an e-mail, or use word processing and spread sheet facilities - free of charge! You only have to pay for printouts. Job seekers and benefit claimants are entitled to free printouts and photocopies within reason when conducting related business.

Alongside more traditional reference books, you can find information on your rights and discover the world of information available on the web. We’ll do our best to help you find the information you want!

Babies and children are welcome too! You’ll find a great range of books for every age from baby through to young adult. Children can also use ICT facilities and come along to special activities and events. All libraries offer homework support including free print outs within reasonable use.
