Support people living with mental health issues and neurodivergence through nature based activities, such as Monday Noticing Nature walks
Our connection with nature is vitally important for our physical and mental wellbeing and at In Our Nature CIC, we aim to explore avenues that reconnect us with this natural, revitalising resource, right on our doorstep.
We aim to support communities through nature-based workshops and events, individual and group eco-therapy sessions and advice on bringing more nature into your homes, gardens and workspaces.
We currently hold Noticing Nature walks every Monday afternoon at various locations throughout Torfaen and offer downloadable resources to help you explore nature near you. These are free - donations through our website welcomed.
