VIVA Fest is an inclusive music festival for adults with learning disabilities. This year Cwm tag People First are bringing VIVA Fest to the ICC Wales in Newport and Torfaen People First are a key partner in making sure it is a success! The day will be filled with loads of great live music, fun activities and information stalls, alongside street food stands and a fully stocked bar! VIV fest promises to be an event you won't want to miss - so find out how you can get involved today!
