General Volunteer

• Assisting with setting up and organising event areas: This includes preparing designated spaces before the event begins, arranging furniture and equipment, ensuring materials are placed correctly, and helping create a smooth and welcoming environment for attendees. It also involves coordinating with team members to make sure each area meets the event’s requirements and is ready on time. • Helping with cleaning and organising: This involves maintaining cleanliness throughout the setup and event process, tidying shared areas, managing waste, and ensuring all equipment and supplies are put in their proper places. It also includes assisting in post-event clean-up to restore the venue to its original condition.
