Aerobic/HIIT style dance fitness classes aimed at everyone ages 14+
With brand new routines created by Layla, exclusively for PepFit, classes cover a mix of music genres, decades, and styles to give everyone a little bit of something they love, as well as providing high class, high energy routines, designed to work out your whole body and mind!
Routines are designed for everyone to succeed and achieve, but maintaining an 'at your pace' atmosphere where it is as intense as you want it to be! Individual needs are catered for with move adaptations and gradually bringing up the intensity, all discussed before you start class, so you are ready to dance!
Classes are based in Cwmbran and run at the following times:
Tuesdays - 6pm at The White Hut, Hollybush Way
Sundays - 8.30am (9am from August) at Court Farm & Oakfield Community Centre, Llantarnam
£4 per person, per class - payable in advance
£7 of booking both classes in a week (M-S)
