World Heritage Youth Ambassadors is a group of young people aged 11-25, from Torfaen and surrounding areas, who come together to shape the World Heriatge, and our own lives!!
Our vision is for every young person be able to shout out about the things that matter, for themselves, others, their community and World Heritage.
We run every Wednesday 5.30pm-8.30pm in Blaenavon World Heritage Site.
We deliver activities based on World Heritage, health and wellbeing, youth lifestyle and topic based session through arts and crafts, community projects, drama, team building, games and so much more! We provide holisitic support for all our young people and their families, providing mental health and wellbeing support for all participants.
This activity is open to all, and we are fully inclusive and trauma informed. We have limited spaces, so you may be on a waiting list if we are full at the time of application.
Referrals from other organisations and services are welcome, however a young person must be able to participate within a supported team environment with other young people, and be able to access educational activity.
