Our Wellbeing Hub is part of the Torfaen Works employability service. It is an open drop in for those enrolled in the Torfaen Works projects or anyone interested in finding out more about the service.
Our service supports individuals who are unemployed and those in employment. We offer varied support to overcoming barriers to entering work/ and or sustaining it. A wellbeing activity menu is available for enrolled on the projects.
From 10am-12pm we offer varied wellbeing activity tasters including breathwork, mindfulness, outdoor exercise, drawing and talking art therapy. There is the opportunity to meet project peers, enjoy a tea/ coffee and a chat. We also have our employment coaches who are able to discuss employability support options available through the team.
This is based from Panteg House in Griffithstown.
