If you've got a heart condition or you're at risk of developing heart disease, regular cardiac rehab exercise is one of the best things you can do to stay healthy, active and independent.

Our friendly 1-hour circuit-based classes are:

  • led by specially qualified cardiac rehab exercise instructors
  • suitable for all physical abilities, with exercises tailored to your needs
  • designed to be safe, effective and fun!

Please note, to attend our classes, you will need a referral from your hospital team or GP Practice. We can help you with this. Just contact us using the details below.

14:00 - 15:00 BST
Cost: First 2 x classes free. Thereafter £5 per class for members (plus annual membership fee of £10). Non-members pay £6 per class.

Well lit hall with air conditioning/heating and WCs. Free car park 50 yards away, plus free on-raod parking often available outside venue.
