Job Purpose - Volunteers wanted for Citizens advice Torfaen
To empower clients to help themselves or to steer the client towards a solution. This will involve taking accurate notes, creating a profile and using decision making skills to determine the next steps – which could be: assisted information (from the Public Site) a referral or signposting to a solicitor {or specialist organization} or a full appointment ‘in-house’.
