This looks into social challenges facing women/girls, challenges facing LQBTQ+ members, male sucide/mental health, health relationships and more. 

11am- 1pm High street fitness Pontypool 

 

Career club - an interactive workshop which looks into CV writing, application tips and interview skills 

2pm-4pm High Street fitness Pontypool
