We are offering a free training event to highlight the impact of arts activities upon the mental health and well-being of people in the community and the workplace. The session will include:

  • Showcasing of our workshops by our art facilitators.
  • Discussion on the impact of different activities, for instance, the benefit upon motor skills, memory, dexterity, as well as the psychological impact.
  • Discussion on benefits to employers in terms of performance, improved health and confidence,
  • Signposting of our remote programme of delivery and online tutorial subscription.
  • Q & A session / Opportunity to network. This event is open to organisations and community groups across Gwent, including companies considering the mental health of their workforce.
