Tai Chi is a form of gentle exercise with benefits to mental and physical health. We have secured the services of local experienced Tai Chi instructor Ann. This session is suitable for beginners and is now held weekly. Loose comfortable clothing should be worn. No need to book, just come along. Session starts at 10am and lasts for about an hour. Costs £4 per person payable in cash on the day.
