Introducing a varied sports programme, specifically aimed at people living with dementia and their carers. Taking place at community sport venues throughout Gwent. Current sports on offer include: * Golf * Bootcamp * Gym The sessions are led by a sporting professional and assisted by our Dementia Sports Development Officer.
