Role Description Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos, photos) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn (depending on what we use). Share news, events, and updates from our organisation to raise awareness and encourage participation. Respond to comments and messages in a friendly and timely manner. Work with staff/other volunteers to promote campaigns or events. Monitor social media channels for opportunities to increase engagement. Help track reach, engagement, and feedback to improve our social presence.
