Slow Yoga & Coffee Morning
Join us for a relaxing and enjoyable slow yoga session with Kim, designed to gently stretch the body, calm the mind, and leave you feeling refreshed and restored. Suitable for all abilities, this welcoming session focuses on steady movements, breathing, and taking time to unwind at your own pace.

After the session, stay and socialise at our Coffee Morning from 11am–12pm—a lovely opportunity to connect with others, enjoy a hot drink, and start the day feeling uplifted.
