Our pop up street workouts are travelling around Torfaen. As part of the Torfaen Works Employability projects we are offering these free open community engagement exercises sessions.
These workouts are tailored to individual goals. Our free sessions give you the opportunity to work with coaches to:-
~Increase your fitness
~Build strength and muscle
~Improve co-ordination and balance
~Learn a form of exercise that can be practiced at home or on the go for free
Calisthenics is a form of exercise that uses bodyweight moves to develop physical fitness. Common moves include the pull up, push up, dip, planche, handstand, front lever, muscle up. All exercises have variations from beginner to advanced.
There is also the opportunity to find out more about the employability projects which offer training, volunteering, work opportunities, cv support and much more.
