Main Tasks:
• Welcome fans and visitors as they arrive at the ground
• Take or sell tickets (if required), check season passes, or direct attendees to appropriate entrances
• Provide basic information such as match timings, facilities, or seating areas
• Keep an eye out for any issues and report to a club official or steward if needed
• Represent the club in a positive and approachable manner
