Think you can't meditate? Think again!
Meditation isn't about emptying the mind of thought. It's about focusing your mind on a specific idea of practice so you can relax, unwind, and experience the many benefits meditation brings to mind, body and spirit.
There are countless different ways to meditate, from breathwork to mindful movement to mantra to visualisation. Not all techniques suit everyone, so if you've struggled to meditate in the past, it's likely you simply haven't found the right way for you yet.
This five week course will introduce you to a wide range of meditation techniques. Each class is different and you'll be supported to develop your own personal practice which fits in with your specific lifestyle and circumstances. It doesn't matter what your experience or background - you'll be given everything you need to start meditating and see for yourself the difference it can make to your mental and physical health.
Classes are run by a British School of Meditation qualified teacher so you know you're in good hands. You will get handouts at the end of every session so you don't need to worry about remembering everything you learn. You can just come along and meditate!
NB These are not drop in classes. This is a five week course which needs to be paid for in advance.
