Marauders Men’s Health Walk & Talk - Silent Valley - Ebbw Vale

Hello Marauders ☀️☀️ On the 9th March we are at Silent Valley Nature Reserve in Ebbw Vale. This is an ancient woodland sanctuary amidst the industrial past of the South Wales Valleys. With far reaching views across Ebbw Vale this is a great place to visit all year. The reserve is full of wildlife and as green as the eye can see which is a far cry from the black spoil heaps of the coal mining past. The paths can be muddy at times and some are quite steep. This is a level 8 on our walk difficulty scale. Please wear weather appropriate clothing. There are cafes in Ebbw Vale for a cuppa afterwards. There is a free car park.
