Hello Marauders We will meet on the 17th March in front of the leisure centre in Pontypool park at 1:00pm where we'll embark on a 3-mile stroll around the park. We've graded this a level 6 on our Marauders walk scale. The walk will take us around the park, walking along the Afon LLywd up to the Italian Gardens and War Memorial Gates. The we will walk down back in to the park, pass St Alban's school, and walk around the park along several of the paths, stopping at the memorial to Pontypool Hospital, the Ski lift and Wales favourite tree. We will the walk out towards the gates and onto the Pontymoile Basin where we will walk along the Brecon and Monmouthshire canal. At a crossroads we will hop on to the Tramway back to wards Pontypool before we work our way to the park and leisure centre. what3words walk start point - send.bonus.diary
