To celebrate International Yoga day on 21st June, I will be delivering two yoga sessions for the community, free of charge. Come along and see why Yoga is so fantastic for your health and wellbeing. It doesn't matter if you are new to Yoga or experienced yogis, all abilities are welcome.

Tuesday mid morning - Gentle Years Yoga (chair based) 10.15am - 11am, expecially good for the elderly, old injuries, limited mobility etc. This is the class for you. Stay for a cuppa and a biscuit afterwards. Note: it is essential that you book for this class. Held at Croesyceiliog Cricket & Rugby club, NP44 2HJ
