Role Purpose
The Admin Volunteer supports the smooth running of Tidy Butt and Grounded by assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role helps ensure the organisation stays organised, efficient, and able to focus on delivering community activities and events. It is ideal for someone organised, reliable, and enthusiastic about supporting community-focused work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and event coordination tasks.
- Support correspondence via email, phone, or other communication channels.
- Help prepare materials, reports, or documents for internal teams and external partners.
- Assist with volunteer management and coordination where needed.
- Maintain accurate and organised systems for documents, records, and databases.
- Support team members with ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold confidentiality and follow organisational policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic IT skills, including email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
