Over many years within the hospitality industry, I have accrued many customer-facing transferrable skills. Punctuality, reliability and professional pride underpin my core values —of which— I am my own biggest critic. I find thrills in mathematical equations and problem solving. I am computer literate, and willing to learn.

Why I want to volunteer.

I have many years experience as the on-site personal license holder in a busy bar. I have managed queries and complaints, alongside training new staff, whilst ensuring the compliance of laws and legislation. However, since covid I have lost confidence in my abilities and wish to have the opportunity to get back on track in my career. My long-term goal is attaining a paid role supporting others in budgeting whilst they successfully manage their finances, and improve their overall health and wellbeing.  

My ideal role would allow me to take small, steady steps, whilst learning and gaining self-confidence to grow into a valuable team member in a professional working environment.
