Psychology graduate and parent to two children with additional learning needs

Invested in improving mental health within society, with a special interest in Neurodiversity and ALN.

I acheived a distinction in my Clinical Psychology Msc (2021) and hold a level 4 counselling qualification (2013). I also have varied work experience including Lettings Officer for a housing association and Work & Skills Officer. 
 
I am an adoptive parent and have a good undertsading of early trauma and additional learning needs. I am diagnosed with adult ADHD and am passionate about raising awareness of the challenges that ND people face on a daily basis .

I also love music and theatre and performed all over the UK as solo artist and in bands for over 20 years. 

I am looking to volunteer one day a week to work around my children's needs. I am hoping to build my confidence, skills and create connections that can improve others lives.
