I am a meditation teacher, musician, author, LifeRites celebrant and chakra dance meditation teacher. 

Everything I do is designed to empower you on your spiritual journey. We are all different with different experiences, needs, and desires. I work with you to support you wherever you are on your path so you can get to where you want to go. 

I have a wide range of tools and techniques available to help you discover and explore your spiritual self. I am fully aware that there is no one size fits all when it comes to spiritual practices, which is why I take a personalised approach so you can discover what's right for you.
