We offer a holistic approach to the provision of support for women, men and families with a wide range of needs – including those who are homeless, have experienced domestic abuse (including physical, sexual or psychological abuse), are recovering their mental health, individuals with substance misuse issues and ex-offenders. We aim to ensure our clients can maintain themselves in an independent home within the community.

Our schemes vary in nature, we can provide supported housing, support in your own home, refuge and a range of projects and programmes. Each person receiving support has an individually tailored package of support that meets their needs and this enables people to develop the skills and confidence needed to achieve independence from services.

We have extensive knowledge and experience of delivering housing-related support services across Wales. We believe that people have the right to aspire to safe, independent lives within their communities. We recognise that people face different barriers in their journey towards independence and we work alongside them to help overcome these.
