Adventure based activities can help us improve our physical and mental wellbeing. It can build our confidence, resilience and give an opportunity to connect with other people in an exciting environment.

This summer we are running 3 adventurous outdoor activities for Torfaen Works candidates:-

Caving- 17th July 2024

Rock Climbing- 25th July 2024

Paddle Boarding- 15th August 2024

These activities are part of the Torfaen Works employability service. It is a bookable session for those enrolled in the Torfaen Works projects.

Our service supports individuals who are unemployed and those in employment. We offer varied support to overcoming barriers to entering work/ and or sustaining it. A wellbeing activity menu is available for enrolled on the projects.
